- No warming mill required as cold rubber can be feeded as room temperature thus saving labour and power.
- Scroll and Liners made of EN-41b, Nitra hardened and polished. Hardened up to 900 HV
- A special pressure melt transducer provided which gives pressure indication on head & also controls the screw rpm as per the set pressure value enabling extrusion at a consistent pressure (optional).
- Barrels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners.
- Feed rollers are specially designed for easy maintenance
- Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensure proper bite and strip feed to screw

A colour touch screen display is provided in the control panel enabling a trouble free and easy operation, where in you can set the pressure, temperature of the zone, rpm monitoring and extrusion output in kg/hour. It is also provided .with a fault finding system and can be provided with optional data logging system.
'BHARAJ cold feed equipped with a special heating/ cooling systems controlled by p/d controllers giving an accurate temperature (+/- 1 degree) resulting in better quality extrusion.
